The Costa del Sol and Southern Spain offer an attractive setting for Tiny House living, with a Mediterranean climate, outdoor lifestyle and strong demand for tourism and recreational accommodation.

Our aim is to combine the Tiny House itself with a carefully planned village setting, shared facilities, landscaping and services.

The result is intended to be more than simply buying a small house — it is about creating a comfortable place to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle.

What About Rental Income?

Owners who are not using their Tiny House may have the opportunity to make it available through the ARTS Eco Village™ Rental Service.

Our aim is to provide a managed service covering marketing, bookings and guest management.

Potential rental income will depend on occupancy, nightly rates, operating costs and the final location and facilities. We therefore do not present rental returns as guaranteed.
