A boutique village of 25–30 Spanish-style Tiny Houses in Southern Spain.
About ARTS Eco Village™
ARTS Eco Village™ is a new boutique Tiny House village concept in Southern Spain, located in the beautiful and authentic Andalusian countryside, just inland from the coast. The project combines Spanish-style Tiny Houses, nature, outdoor living and a strong sense of community. Currently in its design and pre-launch phase, the village is planned to include approximately 25–30 Tiny Houses, subject to final planning and licensing. It is being developed as a serene recreational destination rather than a permanent residential community.

Tiny Houses in Andalusia
Boutique Scale
Andalusia offers an exceptional setting for Tiny House living, with a Mediterranean climate, abundant sunshine and a perfect balance between peaceful nature and authentic white villages, while remaining within easy reach of the coast and international airports.
ARTS Eco Village™ is designed to combine the freedom of a Tiny House with the comfort of a small, well-managed community in Southern Spain.
The village is intentionally limited to around 25–30 carefully designed tiny houses. By keeping the community small, it avoids the feel of a mass-scale holiday resort. Instead, it fosters a warm sense of belonging, tranquil privacy, and a genuine connection with the peaceful Andalusian surroundings.
Smart Sustainability
Rental Management Support
Designed with sustainability in mind, the village combines efficient Tiny Houses, good insulation, low-impact development and the possibility of solar energy.
For owners who (also) look at the investment side, the village offers a managed rental program to generate hands-free passive income.
