The ARTS Eco Village™ Pioneer Programme is an opportunity to become part of our Tiny House village project in Southern Spain from the very beginning.

How Does It Work?
The Pioneer Programme is designed for people who are interested in the concept and want to stay closely involved while the project moves through its design, land and licensing stages.
Becoming a Pioneer is not the same as purchasing a Tiny House. It is an early participation opportunity while the project is being developed.

What happens after I become a Pioneer?
You receive a priority position and status to follow the evolution of ARTS Eco Village™ before it opens to the general public.
You stay closely connected as the architectural concepts, site selection, and sustainable features take shape.
Does becoming a Pioneer mean I have to buy a Tiny House?
No. Becoming a Pioneer does not mean that you are committing to purchase a Tiny House.
The Pioneer Programme gives you the opportunity to become involved at an early stage, follow the development of ARTS Eco Village™ and receive priority information about future opportunities.
That said, Pioneers who later decide to purchase a Tiny House will naturally be in a priority position as the project develops.
When will the Tiny Houses become available?
We expect the Tiny Houses to become available once the required land, planning and licensing steps have been completed.
Our current objective is to progress through the design and licensing phase during 2026–2027, with reservations and sales becoming possible as the project reaches the appropriate stage.
Pioneers will receive priority information and updates as the project develops.
This wording is safer than giving a fixed sales date that you may later have to change.
Who can become a Pioneer?
The Pioneer Programme is open to anyone who is genuinely interested in the ARTS Eco Village™ concept and would like to be involved from an early stage.
You do not need to be ready to purchase a Tiny House immediately.
The programme is designed for people who want to follow the development, receive priority information and potentially become part of the village community in the future.
